  • Can I bring my own props?
    Yes, you're welcome to bring your own setup.
  • Is rescheduling allowed?
    Yes, with a two week notice.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes, with prior approval.
  • How many guests can we invite?
    It depends on the ceremony location that you choose. Currently, our venue offers four ceremony locations. The smallest location accommodates 5 VIP Guest and our largest location accommodates up to 150 VIP Guest.
  • What ceremony areas are available?
    The Gardens offers 4 wedding ceremony areas. Please check with our concierge or calendar for date and time availability.
  • Can we customize our wedding package?
    For customized requests, please contact our concierge department via email at concierge@elopewe.com or via phone +1 (786) 829-1771. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
  • What is the duration of the ceremony?
    All four locations are rented for two hour segments. For additional time, contact our concierge services.
  • How do we book a meeting?
    Its easy! Contact our concierge services via email at concierge@elopewe.com or via phone at +1 (786) 829-1771 to set up a consultation with us. You can also fill out our intake form at the bottom of this website and we will contact you.
  • Is this venue available for other events?
    This is probably the most common question. We have accommodated Charity events, Social Groups and even a few Political fundraisers. Contact concierge services for a consultation, we look forward to hearing about your special event.
  • Can I add more guests to my event?
    You can always add more guests to your event. We recommend that you coordinate your guest count prior to booking your event.
  • What if my event is planned for longer than your package allows?
    We strive to accommodate our newlyweds. Contact our concierge services to discuss your elopement in further detail.
  • What timeframe do you offer for weddings or other event types?
    Events will take place between the hours of 10 AM – 11 PM EST. If you would like your event to take place outside of this timeframe, please contact our concierge services and we will do our best to accommodate special time request.
